Tutors have posted a lot and said free 120 is for style of questions that are like nbme and more practice questions. For score range it’ll be 10-15 points from your most recent test score. I got 74% on Free 120, scored 236 in real deal. However, now when I click on the online module, the questions correspond to the "new" free 120, that says updated march 2020, and whose pdf appears when clicking on "for those testing after nov 11, 2020. Obviously I correspond to the "before" group since next week, but will test out the updated one too for some more practice. Reasonable-Score-21. •. I didn’t take this new one but I think it’s more difficult because the current actual step 2 (in my opinion) is different then previous ones. I took it yesterday and it really was a different test than the NBMEs and the (old) new free 120. Different concepts tested and just felt alot harder. I'd think 70% is closer to 240. Got 82% on free 120 and averaged mid to high 240s on practice NBMEs. We'll see what my scores are in a month.
